LaVallee SiteWorks Ltd. is an Indigenous-owned project management and construction services company based in Bonnyville, Alberta, serving the Cold Lake–Bonnyville Lakeland corridor.

We deliver two integrated pillars: management services, planning, cost control, field supervision, safety oversight, and contract administration, and construction services backed by our own equipment fleet for excavation, site preparation, grading, and hauling.

Project planning, cost control, contract administration, field-level supervision, safety oversight, and claims development. Led by a Gold Seal Certified senior PM with 31 years of Alberta civil sector experience, including 11 years on the operator side with Tier 1 oil and gas producers, and delivered with project coordinators handling scheduling, reporting, document control, and invoicing support.

Fractional PM and Management Support. For clients who need senior project management on capital work but cannot justify a full-time PM seat. Embedded oversight on a defined scope, monthly retainer, or per-project basis. The same discipline a major operator runs in-house, sized to fit smaller portfolios and one-off capital programs.

Full-scope civil execution from earthworks to multi-trade builds. Delivered with our own crews and equipment, or by managing subcontractors directly under one accountable lead. Field supervisors run the daily site work. Certified equipment operators run the fleet. Scope covers earthworks, site preparation, grading, hauling, material handling, and integrated trade coordination.

Civil Maintenance.

 On-call civil and maintenance scopes dispatched per work order. Culverts, drainage, road repair, grading, site cleanup, and snow management. Reactive capacity for owners and operators who need a responsive local contractor on standby in the Lakeland corridor.
